Quicksilver's Silversonic is a modern 29 metre catamaran which provides guests with the ultimate Outer Reef Cruise experience in style and comfort.

Silversonic visits 3 sites everyday on the Agincourt Ribbon Reef System. Silversonic is the fastest vessel travelling to Agincourt Reef out of Port Douglas allowing guests more time at the Outer Reef.

Silversonic's ride control system ensures your trip is super smooth, even when travelling at speeds of up to 32 knots. At Agincourt ribbon reef, you'll have access to exclusive dive and snorkel sites, visiting 3 different sites so you can choose 3 certified dives 2 introductory dives or 3 different adventure snorkel locations.

In between water activities, you can relax on the expansive sundecks and enjoy the facilities onboard which includes full bar facilities, a tropical buffet lunch, fresh water showers and morning and afternoon tea.

Itinerary

08.15: On boarding enjoy a complimentary tea or coffee and a foccacia bread. For your safety, hot drinks are not served once the vessel is underway. Passengers are required to be onboard the vessel 15 minutes before departure.

08.30: Depart Marina Mirage for the trip to the Outer Barrier Reef. On the way, detailed certified and introductory dive briefings are given.

10.00: Arrive at the 1st site. Divers gear up, while snorkelers listen to a site briefing by the snorkeling advisor. Get ready to view the beauty of this natural wonder!

11.30: Move to 2nd site... After the initial water activities, enjoy a tropical hot and cold lunch [included in the fare] served in the air conditioned cabin. The lunch includes fresh prawns, pasta, meats, salads and fruit. There are bar facilities available where you can purchase drinks.

13.15: Silversonic moves to 3rd location on Agincourt Reef system. Option for introductory divers to do second dive and certified divers to do their third. Snorkelers are once again briefed as to the best areas to snorkel.

14.15: Afternoon tea is served.

15.00: Depart Agincourt Reef for Port Douglas. Reef video viewing on board.

16.30: Arrival at Marina Mirage, Port Douglas

Introductory Dive: No experience is required with introductory diving. This option includes 1 dive and all scuba diving equipment. A second dive is available on the day if desired.

Certified Dive: Dive equipment is included and the option of a second and third dive is also available on the day. Full dive certification is required.
